Natalie Morrison
Natalie C Morrison is an activist, yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and co-founder of As We Live & Breathe.
Natalie's mission is to inspire radical, loving action. Through her work, she shares practises and ways of living which help us to fully embody our innate capacity to care, and which help us to transition towards a more beautiful world.
Natalie teaches Buddhist, yogic and nature-based practices to help us build awareness, resiliency, and engagement with the challenges of our modern times. Her emphasis is on cultivating our ability to ‘be more human’ in the best possible sense, as a vehicle for a real, deeply sane, meaningful sense of wellbeing.
Natalie teaches across studios, companies, festivals, retreats and events across the UK. She is a co-odinator within Extinction Rebellion, where she supports efforts to help us transition towards more regenerative cultures. She runs and teaches for As We Live and Breathe, writes for various publications and presents a weekly ‘Mindful Mornings’ show on Soho Radio.
Natalie has trained extensively with teachers including Sarah Powers and Shiva Rae, and in meditation with zen master and psychotherapist Michael Stone. She continues to develop her meditation teaching with Bodhi College under the tutelage of such teachers as John Peacock, Christina Feldman and Stephen Batchelor and at Plum Village, France, under the Order of Interbeing, founded by Thich Nhat Hanh.
