Chris Babayode
Christopher Babayode is an advocate and thought leader in the field of travel wellness and healthy jet lag solutions for travellers. Chris trained as a naturopathic nutritional therapist in 2002 and went on to fortify his clinic practice with training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and continuing professional development to support clinical practice.
Chris spent 20 years as a flight attendant flying in excess of 100,000 miles per annum for British Airways PLC, while holding the role as a Wellbeing and Inclusions Advisor for the Inflight Customer Expenence Department.
Chris's area of expertise and interest has been travel wellness, which was borne of a need to stay healthy while running a business and flying full-time. This led him to seek healthful sustainable flying solutions and enabled him to thrive in the face of a busy schedule and a physically demanding job. It also led to the creation of the 6 step proprietary methodology he teaches his clients, enumerated in his 2016 book Farewell Jet Lag.
In the current business climate Chris's skill has been to combine the science of nutritional therapy, the latest scientific findings in aviation wellness and twenty years worth of flying experience, to identify a roadmap to a better flying experience for travellers. He does this through the business he founded at NoJetStress. He is a full member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
